Terms and conditions of use


1.1. The conditions apply to the legal relations entered into by the owner of the sales environment www.atlaskids.eu (e-store) Steva Grupp OÜ (Merchant), address Harju maakond, Rae vald, Karla küla, Lodjapuu tee 12-2, 75301, Estonia, registry code 11223855, and the buyer (Customer) upon making a purchase.
1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of the products via the e-store shall be regulated by the legal acts valid in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. The Merchant reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions of the e-store as well as the prices of products and services. Changes shall be disclosed in the e-store environment. Transactions shall be performed according to the conditions and prices valid at the moment of the performance of the transaction.


2.1. The displayed prices include the VAT 20% valid in the Republic of Estonia.
2.2. The fee for the selected delivery type shall be added to product prices during the placement of the order. The delivery type shall be chosen and the fee for delivery shall be calculated in the shopping cart.


3.1. After the selection of the item and, if necessary, the item size, the item shall be added to the shopping cart by clicking on the button “Add to shopping cart”.
3.2. In the shopping cart, the Customer may change the quantity of items and remove them from the cart.
3.3. To place the order, the Customer has to click on “Place order” – the Customer shall be directed to the order placement page. After entering the required data, the Customer shall be directed to the payment options page.
3.4. The order shall be considered placed after the payment of the invoice.
3.5. After payment, the Customer shall receive a confirmation of the order on their e-mail address.


4.1. 4.1. When purchasing goods in an online store, you must make a 100% prepayment or in installments in cooperation with ESTO.
4.2. You can pay for your purchase using a bank link, bank transfer, credit card or Apple pay.
4.3. Payment takes place in a secure environment outside the online store through ESTO.
4.4. After placing and paying for the order, an order confirmation will be sent to the Client's e-mail address.
4.5. After sending the order, the Client receives an invoice by e-mail.


5.1. Products ordered through ATLASKIDS.EU E-shop can be transported across Estonia and also to other countries.
5.2. Delivery of goods is carried out by Venipak or DPD using the courier service or using a parcel machine
5.3. If not otherwise specified, the processing of the delivery shall be paid by the Customer. 
5.4. The delivery time for each product is different, you can see it for each product individually. It is also indicated in advance with delivery to the Client.
5.5. The speed of arrival of the goods from our warehouse to the destination depends on the postal service provider. Estimated delivery times in Estonia and Latvia are 2-4 business days.


6.1. The client has the right to withdraw from the transaction within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. You can return the purchased goods by writing a free-form letter to [email protected] about the return of the goods and sending the goods back to the Seller. The costs associated with the return of the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
6.2. The Customer undertakes to return the goods to the Seller within 14 days from the date of sending the letter of return.
6.3. Only unused merchandise with all labels, packaging and return letter sent is eligible for return.
6.4. The costs associated with the transportation of the returned goods shall be borne by the Customer. We recommend using the registered mail service.
6.5. Refunds for returns will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.


7.1. If the goods ordered by the Customer are not available, the Seller will cancel the order. The order can be canceled both partially and completely. The customer will be immediately notified of the cancellation of the order. In case of partial cancellation of the order, the Seller may contact the Customer to find out his preferences regarding the rest of the order - send or also cancel.
7.2. Refunds for cancellations are made as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.


8.1. The Merchant provides a warranty of 2 years in the event of the items’ non-conformity or defects as of the delivery of the items to the Customer.
8.2. Upon discovering a non-conformity or defect, please inform the Merchant thereof immediately.
8.3. The prerequisite of returning an item is the invoice issued to the Customer.
8.4. In the event of the non-conformity or defect of an item, the Customer is entitled to demand the replacement of the item with a defect-free item that corresponds to requirements or return the item at the Merchant’s cost.
8.5. Upon returning an item in the event of non-conformity, the sum paid for the item, including delivery costs, shall be transferred to the bank account indicated by the Customer within at least 14 days as of the return of the item.
8.6. The Merchant shall not be responsible for the non-conformity or defects of the item, if:
8.6.1. The item has deteriorated/been damaged by the fault of the Customer;
8.6.2. The defects have emerged due to non-intended use, including failure to follow maintenance instructions;
8.6.3. The item has deteriorated due to natural wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.

10.1. The data regarding the Customers and their orders preserved in the ordering environment of the e-store are treated as confidential information. The Merchant shall not disclose the acquired data to third parties.
10.2. Data communication between the Customer and the card payment centre is encrypted, guaranteeing the security of the Customer’s personal data and bank requisites. The Merchant does not have access to the Customer’s confidential bank and payment card requisites.
10.3. Disputes arising between the Customer and The Merchant shall be settled by negotiations. The Merchant shall respond to the complaints of the Customer by e-mail within at least 5 working days. Upon failure to reach an agreement the Customer may turn to the Consumer Protection Board or Harju County Court.

The settlement of disputes shall proceed from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
